Steve Saiz
President & CEO
Steve has over 20 years of telecommunications experience since establishing a call center in the early 90’s selling long distance and then deregulated local phone services. He has since branched out into all areas of telecommunication services. Steve has grown Suncom Group LLC into an industry leading sales organization recently expanding into two locations with 50+ employees & subcontractors. He is also the founder and president of Suncom Energy Inc., a licensed energy broker in NY, DC, MD, PA, OH, and IL selling residential and commercial deregulated energy sales. Steve holds a bachelor’s & master’s degree in hospitality management from Florida International University.
Janelle Churilla
President & CFO
Janelle has 8 years of telecommunications and sales management experience related to sales and marketing, and 10 years of accounting and payroll management. She is also the Vice President & CFO of Suncom Energy Inc. a energy procurement company for deregulated energy sales in the North Eastern part of the US. Janelle holds a Degree in Interior Design and business management from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Penn State.
Josh Smith
General Manager
Josh is the general manager of all sales, business development and marketing teams. He brings over 10 years of experience in telecom and deregulated energy sales and marketing and call center management. He is in charge of driving the growth of Suncom’s direct sales force and internal call center and agent programs. He joined Suncom Group LLC , from Suncom Energy Inc. where he was the sales manager running up to 40 plus energy sales reps in Suncom’s state-of-the-art call center selling both businesses and residential energy sales. Josh, also has several years of leadership and training skills gained while serving in the United States Marine Corps as a logistics specialist.
Ben Chopka
Sales managerBen, and his sales team are responsible for selling Verizon business products while ensuring customer satisfaction. He is responsible for coaching, training and monitoring as well as sales reporting and tracking. Ben has over 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry selling all aspects of telecommunications such as; T-1, PRI, Local Voice, VoIP, DSL and Ethernet.
Venisha Hinton
Director of operationsVenisha, and her team are responsible to process and complete all Verizon sales and customer service with satisfaction. She ensures that everything from billing to support is handled in a professional and timely manner.
She comes to Suncom Group with 5 plus years of customer service and operations background.
Raymond L. Schwartz III
Business DevelopementRaymond works to develop & expand the Suncom brand online. He uses his extensive sales & tech background to create synergy & growth for our corporate partners. Raymond has 10 years experience working as a sales executive for some of the largest financial services brands in the world. He double majored in finance & entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
